Savant Search actively hunts its candidates from the business and industry and from our large database of quality candidates through our years in the business and our extensive networking. We also hunt specific candidates as given by clients. As an additional service and at the request of clients, we can also hunt out specific staff as part of their management restructuring. We may advertise in the mainstream newspapers on client’s behalf to source for candidates.
Savant Search conducts personal screening, selection and interview of candidates face to face before short listing them to clients. We make it a point to know and understand our clients business, their management and their “culture’ so that we can match the most appropriate candidates to the job and company to reduce the chances of “mismatch”. We can advise our clients on a non-prejudicial basis an appropriate remuneration package for the right candidate without the company and candidate getting into an unsavory situation. As an added service, we will also do reference checks with ex-superiors, ex-colleagues/peers and friends at the request of our clients.
